NCBA&E (Alhamra University) Multan Sub-Campus continues to strengthen its commitment to industry-academia collaboration by providing students with valuable real-world exposure. In this regard, the Department of Computer Science organized a professional visit to Burjsoft Multan on April 28, 2026, offering students an opportunity to engage directly with a leading software house serving international clients.
The visit aimed to familiarize students with modern industry practices and emerging technological trends. During the session, students received comprehensive training and awareness on cutting-edge tools and technologies used in mobile application development, website development, software engineering, and system software development. These interactive sessions provided valuable insights into the practical application of concepts learned in the classroom.
Burjsoft Multan, recognized for delivering international-standard software solutions, has established itself as a prominent name in the technology sector. The organization employs numerous skilled software engineers from South Punjab, including several alumni of NCBA&E Alhamra University, which was a source of pride for both faculty and students.
The delegation was led by Prof. Dr. M. Asim Rajwana, Pro-Rector, NCBA&E Alhamra University Multan, accompanied by faculty members Dr. Hassan Malik, Dr. Wajahat Bukhari, Mr. Afraz Danish, Ms. Saira, Ms. Khadija, and Dr. Zahra Aqeel. Students from the 6th to 8th semesters actively participated, engaging with industry professionals and gaining first-hand knowledge of workplace practices.
Prof. Rajwana appreciated the professionalism, technical expertise, and collaborative work culture demonstrated by the Burjsoft team. He emphasized that such initiatives align with the vision of Mian Jahangir, Director Campus, to ensure students are well-prepared for employment in both national and international markets while fostering a strong foundation in research and innovation.
