Providing Students with Practical Exposure to Modern Telecommunications and Networking Technologies

The Department of Computer Science at NCBA&E Alhamra University, Multan Campus, organized an educational industrial visit to Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), offering students a valuable opportunity to connect classroom learning with real-world industry practices. The visit was designed to enhance students’ understanding of modern telecommunications infrastructure, networking technologies, and digital communication systems.

During the visit, students explored PTCL’s operational environment and gained firsthand exposure to advanced telecommunication technologies. They were introduced to various aspects of network infrastructure, fiber-optic communication systems, and contemporary networking practices that form the backbone of modern communication services.
