NCBA&E Alhamra University, Multan Sub-Campus, successfully conducted a Selection Board Meeting on 17 June 2026 under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. M. Asim Rajwana, Pro-Rector. The meeting brought together senior academic leadership, Heads of Departments, Associate Deans, and distinguished external experts to review faculty promotion cases in accordance with established academic standards and Higher Education Commission (HEC) guidelines.
The proceedings were further strengthened by the participation of Prof. Dr. Shabbir Attique, Vice Chancellor, NFC-IET, who attended as an external member, contributing valuable expertise and ensuring transparency and objectivity throughout the evaluation process.
During the meeting, faculty promotion cases were carefully reviewed through a comprehensive assessment framework that included foreign evaluation reports, academic achievements, research contributions, teaching performance, and institutional service. The Board conducted detailed deliberations to ensure that all recommendations were based on merit, professional excellence, and compliance with HEC criteria.
Following the rigorous evaluation process, the Selection Board recommended the promotion of eligible faculty members to the rank of Associate Professor. These promotions reflect the dedication, scholarly achievements, and sustained contributions of faculty members toward advancing teaching, research, and academic excellence within the university.
