In an inspiring effort to promote environmental awareness and sustainability, NCBA&E (Alhamra University) Multan Sub Campus has launched Plantation Week, an initiative dedicated to supporting the vision of a Green Pakistan.
The event aims to encourage students, faculty, and staff to take part in planting trees — not only within the university premises but also at their homes and workplaces. The week was officially inaugurated by Prof. Dr. M. Asim Rajwana (Pro-Rector, NCBA&E), who highlighted the importance of trees in combating climate change, improving air quality, and preserving ecological balance. During his address, he urged students to take practical steps toward environmental protection, reminding them that “planting a single tree today ensures life for generations to come.”
The students of NCBA&E Multan Sub Campus enthusiastically embraced the initiative.
