On August 14, 2026, NCBA&E Alhamra University Multan Sub-Campus organized a commemorative event to celebrate Pakistan’s Independence Day, bringing together faculty, staff, and members of the university community in a spirit of patriotism and national pride.
The event was presided over by Prof. Dr. M. Asim Rajwana, Pro-Rector, NCBA&E Alhamra University Multan Sub-Campus. The program featured a flag-hoisting ceremony, a special Dua for the prosperity of Pakistan, informative speeches, and a cake-cutting ceremony.
As part of the celebrations, the university also organized a plantation drive under the “Green Pakistan” initiative. Faculty members, staff, and participants planted saplings across the campus, reaffirming their commitment to environmental sustainability and contributing to the vision of a greener and healthier Pakistan.
The event was attended by distinguished faculty and staff members, including Prof. Dr. Hameed Raza Siddiqi, Prof. Anees Ahmad Ansari, Prof. Dr. Mahmoona Yasmeen Khan, Prof. Dr. Shakeel Patafi, Dr. Shafiq, Dr. M. Usman, Dr. Kashif Saif, and other members of the university community, along with senior members of Dawat-e-Islami.
The celebrations concluded with prayers for the progress, unity, peace, and prosperity of Pakistan. The event reflected NCBA&E Alhamra University’s commitment to fostering patriotism, environmental responsibility, and a strong sense of national identity among its academic community.
