In line with its vision to promote research, entrepreneurship, and collaboration, the Business Department organized an industrial visit to Metro Mall Multan on April 29, 2026, for its students and scholars.

Bridging Academia and Industry: Business Department’s Industrial Visit to Metro Mall Multan

NCBA&E (Alhamra University) Multan Sub-Campus continues to strengthen its commitment to experiential learning and industry engagement. In line with its vision to promote research, entrepreneurship, and collaboration, the Business Department organized an industrial visit to Metro Mall Multan on April 29, 2026, for its students and scholars.

Metro Pakistan Multan, the 10th wholesale center of Metro in the country, serves as a key retail and supply chain hub in South Punjab. Known for its wide range of high-quality food and non-food products, the facility operates according to international standards, making it an ideal learning environment for business students.

The visit provided an excellent opportunity for BBA students specializing in Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Retail, and other administrative disciplines to gain first-hand exposure to real-world business operations. Students observed practical aspects of retail management, supply chain processes, and organizational practices, enhancing their understanding beyond classroom learning.

A highlight of the visit was an engaging training session conducted by the management of Metro Mall Multan. The session offered valuable insights into industry best practices, operational strategies, and emerging trends in the retail sector. Students also had the opportunity to explore potential career pathways and understand the professional expectations of the corporate world.

Prof. Dr. M. Asim Rajwana, Pro-Rector of NCBA&E Alhamra University Multan, along with faculty members Mr. Umair Ch., Mr. Awais Ch., Mr. Awais Khalid, Dr. Muhammad Zubair Saeed, Ms. Zahra Aqeel, Mr. Daud Bilal, Mr. Rohail Pasha, and Ms. Amina Faheem, expressed their sincere gratitude to the Metro Mall management for their warm hospitality and for facilitating such an enriching learning experience.

This industrial visit reflects NCBA&E’s ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
